To help ensure ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws and internal standards throughout our organisation, we have established an internal reporting channel in the form of this whistleblowing system. Its purpose is to enable potential misconduct to be reported, investigated and prevented.

All employees and business partners, including suppliers and customers, may use this system to report actual or suspected violations of applicable laws, our Code of Conduct or internal policies. Reports may also be submitted anonymously.

This secure whistleblowing platform allows you to submit a new report or access an existing report in order to review our feedback, provide additional information or continue communicating with us.

Important information on using our whistleblowing system

  • All employees as well as our business partners, including customers and suppliers, are entitled to submit reports.

  • Reports may be submitted anonymously, meaning that you are not required to provide any personal information that could reveal your identity. However, an investigation may in some cases be more effective if you provide your contact details. As a general rule, your identity will not be disclosed without your express consent to anyone other than the person responsible for handling your report, their team and, where necessary, the relevant departments or bodies involved in the matter. Exceptions may apply, in particular, where disclosure is required in connection with official investigations or court proceedings.

  • Initially, only the person responsible for handling the report and their team will have access to your report. They will coordinate the key steps of the subsequent review or investigation. Unauthorised employees will not have access to your report. All information contained in your report will be treated as strictly confidential.

  • After submitting a report, you can check its processing status in your secure login area. The person responsible for handling the report and their team may also use this area to contact you confidentially if further information is required. You may provide additional information at any time. The login credentials required to access this area will be generated automatically after you submit your report. Please make a note of your username and password. The login area is also available if you submit your report anonymously; your anonymity will remain protected.

  • The whistleblowing system is intended for reporting actual or suspected violations of applicable laws, the Code of Conduct or internal policies. It is not intended for general complaints or enquiries concerning our products, services or product warranties. For such matters, please use our general contact channels.

  • Please only submit information that you reasonably believe to be accurate. Deliberately false allegations or knowingly incorrect statements must not be made and may, depending on the circumstances, result in legal consequences for the reporting person. If you are unsure whether the information is correct, please clearly indicate that the report is based on suspicion or on information received from a third party.

  • Once your report has been received, a confirmation of receipt will be made available in your login area. Within a maximum of three months after receipt of the report, you will receive feedback from the person responsible for handling the report or their team regarding any follow-up measures planned or already taken, together with the reasons for those measures, for example internal reviews or investigations. If you have provided an email address, you will also receive an email notification whenever there is an update in your login area.

  • The whistleblowing system is not intended for general enquiries. It is designed, for example, for reports concerning actual or suspected violations of applicable laws, including antitrust law, corruption and bribery, as well as breaches of legal obligations or duties by employees.
